Engraving and other artistic disciplines
El Community of Madrid Prize ESTAMPA, whose first edition takes place in 2008, is intended to reward the uniqueness of one of the artists whose work is presented in the annual editions of the ESTAMPA ART MULTIPLE Fair.
The Community of Madrid acquires the awarded work and this becomes part of the MCA2M Contemporary Art Collection, whose funds are also increased with the concession of other prizes associated to art fairs.
DECREE 149 / 2008, of October 16 (BOCM of October 17), of the Governing Council, by which this award is created.
