2. What processing activity includes your personal data and for what purposes will it be processed?

DISSEMINATION OF ACTIVITIES ORGANIZED BY THE GENERAL DIRECTORATE OF CULTURAL HERITAGE AND OFFICE OF SPANISH

In compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, on the Protection of Personal Data (RGPD), your data will be processed for the following purposes:  

Sending information on activities organized by the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage and the Spanish Office.

3. What is the legitimacy on which the legality of the treatment is based?

RGPD 6.1 a) the interested party gave their consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes.

Law 8/2023, of March 30, on Cultural Heritage of the Community of Madrid. Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.

4. How to exercise your rights? What are your rights when you provide us with your data? 

You can exercise, if you wish, the rights of access, rectification and deletion of data, as well as request that the processing of your personal data be limited, oppose it, request the portability of your data, as well as not being subject to an individual decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling.

According to Law 39/2015, the RGPD and Organic Law 3/2018, you can exercise your rights by Electronic record o Face Registration or in the places and forms provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, preferably through the application form “Exercise of rights regarding the protection of personal data”.

5. Treatments that include automated decisions, including profiling, with legal or relevant effects.

6. How long will we keep your personal data?

The personal data provided will be kept for the following period:

Undetermined period. The data will be kept indefinitely as long as the interested party does not request its deletion or exercise their right of opposition.

7. To which recipients will your data be communicated?

Communications or transfers of personal data are not foreseen.

8. International transfers.

They are not done.

9. Right to withdraw consent given for treatment at any time.

When the treatment is based on explicit consent, you have the right to withdraw the consent at any time, without affecting the legality of the treatment based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.

10. Right to file a claim with the Control Authority.

You have the right to file a claim with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection https://www.aepd.es If you are not satisfied with the treatment of your personal data.
