The initial financing needs for 2024 amount to 3.015 million euros, expanded to 3.956 million.

Sustainable and Green Financing
In 2019 The Community of Madrid has developed a Sustainable Financing Framework, which replaces the previous Sustainable Bond Framework, thus, it is possible to issue bonds, as well as establish financial links to support the activity in many of the lines of action that it has.
Under this new Sustainable Financing Framework, the Community of Madrid has carried out the largest sustainable issuance carried out by a Spanish issuer, in addition to bilateral loans and a Schuldschein loan.
