The Hydrocarbons Sector Law and its implementing regulations provide for the interruption of the supply of natural gas to those facilities that are not inspected, with favorable results, within the established deadlines.
The Region of Madrid has developed its own procedure that guarantees both user rights that could be seen deprived of gas supply by deficiencies in its facilities as those of all citizens who could be affected by an incident caused by a facility that is not maintained in the manner established by regulation.
List of non-inspected facilities
In application of the provisions of article 9.2 of the Decree 18 / 2019, of April 2, of the Governing Council, the competent management center publishes the lists through the website of the Community of Madrid.
It is reported that the owners or users of the receiving facilities have a period of five business days, from the date of publication that appears in the header of each list to request the distribution company to inspect the installation and it is advised that, If not, the supply will be cut off of the receiving facility.
