Public information on energy facilities in the Community of Madrid

In accordance with the provisions of article 36 of Law 21/2013, of December 9, on Environmental Assessment, in the case of projects subject to ordinary environmental impact assessment, whose competence as a substantive body is this General Directorate, the promoter will present the project and the environmental impact study to said body for submission to public information for a period of no less than 30 days, so that any allegations deemed appropriate in this regard can be examined and formulated. The public information period is announced in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid.

The documents for each Project and Environmental Impact Study will be available for consultation within the term indicated in the corresponding announcement of the BOCM in the following spaces:

2. In the General Directorate of Energy Transition and Circular Economy of the Community of Madrid – corresponding subdirectorate or area, which will be indicated in each specific case.

Such allegations will be presented in writing addressed to the AREA OF ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS of the GENERAL DIRECTORATE OF ENERGY TRANSITION and CIRCULAR ECONOMY through the Registry of the General Directorate itself or in any electronic registry of the public sector, assistance offices in matters of records or in the other places provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, unless the interested party is one of the subjects obliged to interact through electronic means or a representative of the themselves (legal entities, entities without legal personality, professionals in the exercise of an activity that requires mandatory membership, public employees acting by reason of their condition, groups of natural persons legally required to interact by electronic means,...), in which case they must necessarily submitted through electronic means.
