Resolution of December 26, 2017, of the General Directorate of Energy Policy and Mines, which approves for the year 2018, the consumption profile and the calculation method for the purposes of energy settlement, applicable for those type 4 and type 5 consumers who do not have hourly record of consumption, according to Royal Decree 1110/2007, of August 24, which approves the unified regulation of measurement points of the electrical system.

Resolution 21 2017 April, of the General Directorate of Energy Policy and Mines, by which the average price of energy to be applied, during the second quarter of 2017, is set in the calculation of the remuneration of the interruptibility demand management service provided by the consumers of electrical systems in non-peninsular territories to which Order ITC / 2370/2007, of July 26, is applicable.
Regarding the rates, and to the extent that the electricity rates for each year continue to be published by the Government, the provisions of the regulations that are published for this purpose are applicable at the end of each year.
