Regarding the rates, and to the extent that the electricity rates for each year continue to be published by the Government, the provisions of the regulations that are published for this purpose are applicable at the end of each year.

• Real Decreto-ley 18/2022, of October 18, which approves measures to strengthen the protection of energy consumers and contribute to the reduction of natural gas consumption in application of the "Plan + security for your energy (+SE)", as well as as measures regarding remuneration of personnel serving the public sector and protection of temporary agricultural workers affected by the drought.
