Outdoor cinema circuit
The Summer Film Circuit of the Community of Madrid has held 18 editions. It is one of the oldest and largest open-air cinema programs in the national territory. In 2017 more than 300 projections were developed in 48 Madrid municipalities.
Summer nights are movie nights. Squares and public spaces in almost 50 Madrid municipalities dress up in cinema and receive Spanish cinema, international cinema for children and adults and great classics from the history of cinema.
The nights of Summer Cinema become movie nights and enjoy in municipalities of less than 15.000 inhabitants, who have bet, together with the Community of Madrid, to carry out this activity that, in previous years, has had a number very high viewers (more than 60.000 in 2016).
The Summer Cinema Circuit of the Community of Madrid also has two spaces in the capital Madrid: the El Águila Complex and the terrace of the Paco Rabal Cultural Center.
