Collective Money and Random Games (Bingos)
Information on different aspects related to the commercialization and distribution of the Collective Money and Chance Games.
MODALITIES:
Those in which the players present put together a quantity of money, as a play, and a percentage of the amount played in each game is delivered to the corresponding party by coincidence with the result of a predefined event.
The marketing companies must be registered in the Game Registry and meet the requirements stipulated in the corresponding regulations.
Those in which the players present in different duly authorized establishments, attached to a Distribution Network, participate simultaneously in a single game.
Such consideration will be simultaneous bingo, interconnected bingo and interconnected electronic bingo.
The Company must be registered as a Distribution Network of Simultaneous Games in the Game Registry and meet the requirements stipulated in the corresponding regulations. The registration will not be necessary in the case that the games are distributed among establishments owned by the same company.
Authorization for the distribution of simultaneous games of money and chance
That in which the players present in a duly authorized establishment that acquire an electronic ticket or cardboard integrated by numbers or graphic representations participate jointly and simultaneously in a game, by means of a terminal or electronic game support and in which winners will be those who form the previously established combinations.
The electronic bingo game that is developed in interconnected establishments and attached to a Distribution Network is considered interconnected electronic bingo.
The marketing companies must be registered in the Game Registry and meet the requirements stipulated in the corresponding regulations. In the case of interconnected electronic bingo, the Company must be registered as a Distribution Network of Simultaneous Games in the Game Registry and meet the requirements set forth in the corresponding regulations.
Electronic bingo mode in which players present in an establishment that purchases electronic cards participate in a game through the use of terminals or electronic game platforms and, jointly and eventually, with electronic cards issued on paper, and in which they are winners those that form the previously established combinations.
The games of the dynamic bingo game can only be made in the establishments of Collective Games of Money and Chance by the authorized companies for the commercialization of these games, which will be in charge of carrying out all the activities necessary for their development.
Dynamic interconnected bingo is considered as the game that is developed in several establishments attached to a Distribution Network and interconnected for that purpose. In this case, the Distribution Network will be responsible for the distribution of dynamic bingo to the establishments attached to it.
Temporary authorization for demonstration purposes
In order to be able to practice new modalities of collective games of money and chance, for demonstration purposes you can request a temporary authorization, which is granted for a period not exceeding three months and in a restricted number of authorized establishments.
To obtain it, it is necessary that a representative business association presents the authorization request.
Recreational and Game Rooms
Information related to the exploitation of these two types of establishment.
They must communicate the start of the activity, but do not require administrative authorization. They are dedicated to the operation of machines of type A.
They require administrative authorization for their exploitation. They are the ones that can install type B and D machines, notwithstanding that they can also have Type A machines.
Recreational and Game Machines
The exploitation of the gaming and recreational machines is done on a business basis by the operating companies, in their own premises or those of others. In order to exploit a recreational machine, the operating company must:
- Establish a guarantee in the Treasury of the Community of Madrid prior to the effective exercise of its activity.
- Must be registered, as a natural or legal person, in the Game Registry. Likewise, the model of the machine to be exploited must be approved and registered in the Game Registry, except for recreational or type A machines that do not require homologation of the model, nor its registration in the Game Registry.

Apuestas
The organization and marketing of bets as well as the premises where they will be formalized, require prior administrative authorization.
They are those that are celebrated on the results of a sporting event, of competition or of another previously determined character, of uncertain outcome.
Are those made on the result of one or several horse races included in the programs previously established by the organizing entity.
They are establishments or areas authorized for the formalization of bets. Its operation requires administrative authorization.
Random combinations, Raffles and Tómbolas
