- 2.000 € for each initial indefinite contract or transformation of a temporary contract into an indefinite one for people with limited intellectual capacity.
For self-employed which hire your first employee, one contemplates additional aid of €2.000 which will be added to the corresponding amount for each initial permanent contract or transformation into permanent of a temporary contract of people with disabilities who have a recognized degree of disability equal to or greater than 33 per 100, people with disabilities who present greater difficulties in accessing the ordinary labor market, people with disabilities from a work environment, women victims of gender violence, victims of human trafficking, victims of terrorism and people in a situation or at risk of social exclusion.
In cases of part-time hiring, the above amounts will be reduced proportionally based on the established working day. The part-time day may not be less than 50 per 100 of the working day of a comparable full-time worker.
This minimum working day requirement will not be applicable to hiring people with disabilities.

c) The municipalities that are included in the Strategy to Revitalize the Rural Municipalities of the Community of Madrid or in any employment strategy approved by the Governing Council of the Community of Madrid for rural municipalities.

This program is aimed at improving the employability and professional qualification of the participants in an occupation, through the completion of a learning period with the beneficiary entity of the subsidy, in the execution of a work or the provision of a service, alternating with professional training for the employment of a professional certificate and, where appropriate, the complementary training necessary to achieve the minimum percentage of training time of the working day according to current labor regulations. The learning will be articulated through the signing of a training contract in alternation with the beneficiary entity of the subsidy, full-time, of 10 months duration.

Subsidy program for supported employment of people with disabilities in the ordinary labor market.
- Description
The purpose of this line of subsidy is to finance the labor and social security costs derived from the hiring of job coaches who provide support to workers with severe disabilities in ordinary companies.

The maximum grant amount is established according to the number of workers with the following type and degree of disability:
a) 11.083 euros per year per worker with cerebral palsy, mental health disorder or intellectual disability, including people with autism spectrum disorder, with a recognized degree of disability equal to or greater than 65 percent.
b) 6.650 euros per year per worker with cerebral palsy, mental health disorder or intellectual disability, including people with autism spectrum disorder, with a recognized degree of disability equal to or greater than 33% and less than 100%. .
c) 4.156 euros per year for each worker with a physical or sensory disability with a recognized degree of disability equal to or greater than 65 per 100 and in the case of deaf or hard-of-hearing workers with a recognized degree of disability equal to or greater than 33 per 100.
d) 1.625 euros per year for each worker with at least 20 percent of intellectual disability and that does not reach 100 percent as established by Royal Decree 33/100, of May 368.

The salary costs of workers with disabilities who will graduate are partially subsidized, taking into account the type and degree of disability of the final recipients of this program, as well as the stability of the jobs they hold, in the following percentages of Minimum Interprofessional Salary or the proportional part according to the day worked, as indicated in the following table:

Aid for professional activity support units, within the framework of the Personal and Social Adjustment Services of the Special Employment Centers
Description:
The purpose of these grants is to subsidize, within the framework of the personal and social adjustment services of the Special Employment Centers, multi-professional teams whose mission is to help overcome the barriers, obstacles or difficulties faced by working people with disabilities who are elderly. insertion difficulties, contracted in the aforementioned centers, in the process of joining a job, as well as the permanence and progression in it, without neglecting the cultural, physical or rehabilitation aspects.
amount:
The amount of the subsidy is a fixed annual amount of $1.440 for each worker with a disability with greater integration difficulties, hired full-time indefinitely, or with a temporary contract of duration equal to or greater than six months. This annual amount will be reduced proportionally depending on the duration of the contracts within the eligible period, as well as depending on the working day in the event of part-time contracting, without in any case indefinite or temporary contracts whose duration results less than 6 months.
The granting of this subsidy is carried out through the competitive bidding procedure, evaluating the applications admitted for processing, which will be ordered in accordance with the evaluation criteria.
The payment of the aid will be paid by means of an advance payment with exemption from guarantees of 80% of the granted subsidy. The purpose of these aids is to promote the labor inclusion of people at risk or in a situation of social exclusion through subsidies for job creation or maintenance of jobs, the hiring of managerial and/or technical personnel, and investment aid. for the creation of new jobs.

- Beneficiary companies
Our insertion companies with work center in the Community of Madrid that comply with the provisions of Law 44/2007, of December 13, for the regulation of the insertion company regime, and that are registered and qualified by the Administrative Registry of Companies for Promotion and Labor Insertion subsidized by the Community of Madrid. Aid program for carrying out insertion itineraries
- Description
Subsidies to favor the labor integration of people at risk or in a situation of social exclusion through personalized insertion itineraries.
It is intended to support the carrying out of actions of a different nature that have the objective of acquiring social competences and basic work skills to favor their labor insertion.
- Amount
An aid module of 1.000 euros is established for each participant in the itinerary with a typical duration of six months. The amount to be subsidized for periods of less than 6 months will be proportional to the established module.
The minimum number of participants per project presented will be 20 and the maximum number of participants will be 80.
- Recipients
Entities that promote insertion companies and non-profit associations and entities that carry out labor integration programs for vulnerable groups in the territorial scope of the Community of Madrid, with at least two years of experience in this type of action years.
- Recipient requirements
The recipients of this aid must be included in some of the groups indicated in article 2.1 of Law 44/2007, of December 13, for the regulation of the regime of insertion companies.

- Payment of subsidies:

Aid for insertion itineraries in collaboration with non-profit entities
- Description
It is intended to support the carrying out of actions of a different nature that have the objective of acquiring social competences and basic work skills to favor their labor insertion.
- Amount of aid
The amount of the subsidy will be a module of 1.300 euros for each participating person who completes a 6-month insertion itinerary. The amount of the subsidy will be reduced or increased proportionally if the duration of the itinerary is shorter or longer than that indicated, without being able to be less than three months or more than twelve months.
- Recipients
Non-profit private legal entities, with a territorial scope of action in the Community of Madrid, that carry out labor integration programs for groups in a situation or at risk of social exclusion in the territorial scope of the Community of Madrid, with experience in this type of action for at least two years.
- Recipient requirements
The recipients of the actions must be unemployed and registered with the public employment services and be in a situation or risk of social exclusion in accordance with the provisions of article 5.d) of Royal Decree 818/2021, of September 28, of common programs of the National Employment System, which includes:
- Persons who receive minimum insertion income or the minimum vital income, with the exception of those who are simultaneously participating in work itineraries promoted by the Administrations or competent public bodies in the granting of said income or income.
