
Request for claim forms of the Unified Claims System for establishments and entrepreneurs
In the Community of Madrid, any individual or legal entity that provides services to final consumers must have complaint forms available to users. With the exception of collegiate liberal professionals, regulated education centers and public services provided directly by the public administration if they have their own claims system.
After the publication of the Order of February 3, 2017, businesses and establishments have at their disposal a new model of Claims sheet to deliver to consumers and users in their establishments.
Those who, due to their activity, must request the claim forms from the Unified System whose distribution is the responsibility of the Consumption administrations, that is, those that are not within a business or professional sector that has its own regulations that requires the availability of claim forms.
Where are they requested?
In the municipality where they carry out their activity, if the local corporation has assumed the distribution of claim forms. In the case of Region of Madrid are the following:
If the establishment is located in another municipality diferent of those contained in the previous list or is about peddlers or professionals and companies with different remote sales systems that do not have an establishment or premises open to the public in the region, you can download the complaint sheet form with the logo of the Community of Madrid. They can also be request through the electronic administration, if you prefer to have them already printed.
In addition, businesses are required to display, in a perfectly visible way, a poster that includes the legend "There are complaint forms available to the consumer".
