What is it, how and where to do it
Application
You should go addressed to the corresponding Arbitration Board. If it is made in writing, the request must be submitted together with the documentation deemed necessary, all in duplicate.
The writing must be clear and concise, contain the request being made and provide the following data:
- Name, surnames y customer's home of the applicant. In the event that the address to receive notifications is different from the usual one, it must be specified.
- Nationality and National Identity Document. In the case of foreign citizens, the NEVER (Foreigner Identity Number) or, failing that, that of the passport or travel document.
- Name and surname of the person o business name and company address against which it is claimed.
- Site, date y company.
