The training actions, whether or not leading to the obtaining of professional certificates, aimed at working people, both employed and unemployed, also meet the requirements of productivity and competitiveness of companies and the aspirations of professional promotion and personal development of the working people, in a way that trains them for the qualified performance of the different professions and for access to employment.
Formative offer
Access the entire training offer for employment through this simple tool. You can search using one or more criteria, such as the target group, the training family, location, etc. The result is a list of all training actions that meet the search criteria. If no filter is entered, all available training actions will be displayed.

Training entities must have the means to facilitate universal accessibility, so that it does not involve discrimination against people with disabilities and equal opportunities are effectively provided according to Order TMS/369/2019.

Transport aid
They are grants for public transport aimed at unemployed workers who participate in vocational training actions for employment financed with public funds.

Aid whose purpose is defray that travel expenses en public transport caused by the participation of unemployed workers in professional training actions for employment, through free monthly recharges of the transport card during the period of the training action.
It can be requested once after 25% of the entire duration of the Formative action, and during all the months remaining in the development of said training activity. transportation aid In no case is it retroactive.
Unemployed people participants in vocational training actions for employment financed with public funds of the General Directorate of Training of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment of the Community of Madrid who meet the following requirements:
- Be unemployed and registered as a job seeker.
- Be taking a training action professional for employment financed with public funds by the General Directorate of Training of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment of the Community of Madrid.
- Have passed the first 25 percent of a training action aimed at obtaining a certificate of professionalism without including the non-labor practices module, or having passed 25 percent of a training action of the rest of specialties included in the Training Specialties Catalog provided for in article 20.3 of Law 30/2015, of September 9. These training actions must have a minimum duration of 100 hours and be taught in Face-to-face modality.
- Have a public transport card.
The requirements demanded must be followed at all times in which the person is a beneficiary of the aid.
The submission deadline for the application will be five days business since incorporation from the student to the Formative action.

The Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment will publish biweekly (since March 2023) in a grant order, beneficiary list who are entitled to the aid together with the type of free subscription they are granted. Only students appearing in that order may load your card for free of personal public transport in the management offices of these cards that the Regional Transport Consortium of Madrid.
The number of top-ups to which each beneficiary is entitled will be sufficient to be able to travel to the training center until the end of the training action, not including the module of non-labour practices in workplaces.
To carry out the first free top-up, it is necessary to present the personal card without any charge or accept the cancellation of the titles it contains.
If you do not have a card, you must request it through the channels provided for this purpose by the Madrid Regional Transport Consortium (www.crtm.es).
The identification document presented in the card application must match the one indicated for the beneficiary in the aid granting order.

Conciliation aid
Reconciliation aid for unemployed workers who participate in professional training actions for employment financed with public funds.

Aid directly awarded with which it is intended to make it easier for unemployed people to reconcile their attendance at professional training actions for employment, with the care of children under 12 years of age or dependent relatives up to the second degree, provided that at the beginning of the training action, meet the requirement of lacking income of any kind above 75 percent of the "Public Indicator of Multiple Effects Income" (IPREM).
Amount of aid
The amount of the conciliation aid will be 14 euros per day of training assistance. It will be paid once the training action, or internship period, has been completed, depending on the days of attendance accredited by the Training Center.
To be a beneficiary of the aid, it is necessary to meet the following requirements:
- Be unemployed and registered as a job seeker.
- To be taking a professional training action for employment financed with public funds by the General Directorate of Training of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment of the Community of Madrid.
- Proof of having children under 12 years of age or dependent relatives up to the second degree in their care.
- Lack, at the beginning of the training action, income of any kind greater than 75% of the "Public Indicator of Multiple Effects Income" (IPREM). For these purposes, the amount of social salaries, minimum insertion income or similar social assistance aid granted by the Autonomous Communities will be computed as income.
- Comply with the requirements established in the General Subsidies Law (link), to obtain the status of beneficiary of public subsidies.
The application must be submitted within the period of 20 business days after the completion date of the training activity (theoretical part) or if requested for the days of non-work practices, within the calendar month following the day of completion of said practices.
Documents to be provided with the application:
- Copy of the Family Book or supporting documentation of the degree of kinship of the dependent family member.
- Certificate or qualification of dependency of the dependent family member issued by the competent administrative authority or by judicial resolution.
- If applicable, court ruling or regulatory agreement that proves that the applicant has custody of the minor.
- Collective registration certificate.
- Certificate of Ownership of the bank account where the reconciliation aid must be paid. The Certificate must contain the Advanced Digital Signature of the Bank.
- Responsible statement from the training entity justifying attendance at training sessions or non-work practices (Annex II). The training center has the obligation to issue it and deliver it to the students who require it.
The Community of Madrid will consult, by electronic means, the data of the following documents:
- Working life REPORT
- Identity document DNI/NIE
- Job demand (DARDE)
The Order by which the granting of the aid is resolved will be published in the electronic headquarters of the Community of Madrid, in the Calendar of actions section of this Procedure.
If the application submitted does not meet the requirements, the applicant will be required to correct it within ten days.
In the event that the aid is denied, the denial order will be notified personally in the manner indicated in the application (certified mail or NOTE).
