We are already preparing the 2023 edition of the Job Fair for people with disabilities. It will be held again in person in Hall 1 of IFEMA on November 15 and 16.
Numerous companies and entities are interested in offering you their jobs.

How to access the Fair: entrance
To access the Fair at the IFEMA fairgrounds you can do it in three ways:
- Download here or take a photo at the entrance and show it.
- Download it to your mobile, clicking on the image and show it at the access door.
- You can also print it and take it on paper and deliver it to IFEMA.

At the entrance to pavilion 1, go through the information booth and take your guide to entities and companies.
If you need it, request a sign interpreter who will accompany the visitors in small groups. There is a team to help you with other needs, ask them at this stand.
Visit the business zone, foundations, Special Employment Centers and other entities and institutions that offer job vacancies. Here ask the staff for all the questions you have to access a position and thus offer your candidacy.
In autumn the page will be active official website of the event, enter and register by filling in your information and upload your Curriculum. So you can see in advance the offers that companies and entities will be uploading to their virtual stands and more information that may interest you.
Check the program of conferences, workshops and experiences of good practices that will help you improve your skills to find a job that suits you. Remember to check it again shortly before the celebration, to confirm that there have been no necessary last-minute changes.
Job Speed Dating (brief job interviews)
In addition to the exhibitors area with companies and entities offering vacancies, and the conference and workshop rooms, you can visit the Job Dating Speed o Space for brief interviews between the selection staff of the entities and companies, and the visitors that will be previously chosen.
You can sign up for this activity by registering on the event website and/or first thing in the morning at the quick interview stand in Hall 1, if you wish to participate in this activity. It is one of the best to get your job.
Last year this new experience had 174 interviews with candidates with disabilities and employers from 37 companies.

HOW TO TAKE PART
Thanks to all the companies and entities for supporting the employment of people with disabilities in this new edition.
Contact the collaborating company in the organization, they will indicate the steps to follow to participate.
Reserve your stand by completing and sending the participation form that will be provided.
All stands of any category include:
• Modular stand with carpet and name of the entity.
• Furniture
• Microsite on the event website
• 2 color pages in the directory of entities, one of advertising and another describing the company and indicating its offers

After contacting and providing an email address, your company will receive a dossier with the information and you will be able to download the participation form.

Your company will send the logo and corporate data, as well as the necessary information for the Directory of companies and entities that will be delivered in print at the Fair and later in electronic format. See the previous edition:
The company collaborating in the organization, prior authorization from the General Directorate of the Public Employment Service, will channel the allocation of spaces by modalities and will notify each company of the space assigned to its stand and other organizational aspects.
You should not make the payment without this confirmation of space availability.
The payment of private prices for participating in the XIV Job Fair for People with Disabilities is regulated in the Order of July 20 of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Employment, published on August 31.
To close the participation process, payment must be made with prior to the date of the fair, using the normalized income model 039 of the Community of Madrid. Confirm with the collaborating company before carrying out this procedure.
Form 039 will be provided to those interested in the General Directorate of the Public Employment Service and by the Citizen Services of the Community of Madrid, and can also be obtained through the Internet on the website of the Community of Madrid (www.comunidad.madrid), within “Digital administration, general access point” and selecting the link to “Public prices” in the “Digital processing services” section.
Also, the online payment It can be done from any mobile device through the Community of Madrid app called RATES for the Payment of fees, public prices and other income, available for download for both the IOS and Android environments.

The payment methods may be:
— Onsite, in one of the following collaborating financial institutions: Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, SA (BBVA), Banco de Sabadell, SA (Banco Sabadell), Cajamar Caja Rural, Sociedad Cooperativa de Crédito (CAJAMAR) and Caixabank, SA (Caixabank). (Includes the old Bankia branch network).

In case of payment by card, it will be necessary to have a credit or debit card authorized by the Treasury of the Community of Madrid: Visa and Mastercard. 2.
The payment and the consequent participation in the XIV Employment Fair for People with Disabilities of the Community of Madrid must previously receive the express consent of the General Directorate of the Public Employment Service, channeled through the company awarded the contract for its organization. .
To fill in the steps you must know that the literal as a concept is Job Fair for people with disabilities, and where the participation modalities are indicated, the code corresponds to the following quotas:

Partial or total transfer of the rights to participate in the Fair to third parties is not allowed, nor, consequently, the occupation of a stand by several co-exhibitors. Therefore, the space granted may only be occupied by the company or entity that has made the payment referred to in this order.
On the other hand, companies and entities that attend in the participant mode may not have more than one stand.
Obligations of companies and entities
− Inform those attending the Fair of their job vacancies, or their recruitment forecasts in the short/medium term.
− Provide, continuously during all the hours it is held, the attention and information service at its stand, without there being intervals in which there are closed or unattended stands.
Data from the 2022 edition
The latest edition of this employment event was held on the days 23 and 24 2022 November in pavilion 1 of the Campo de las Naciones (IFEMA) campus in the capital, after the parenthesis to which we forced by the health situation, I was destined to all types of job seekers with disabilities. His admission was free.
The Community of Madrid, which organizes this event with the presence of companies, special employment centers, foundations, associations and other entities that offer their vacancies from various sectors of the labor market, thanks all of them for their collaboration, as well as the 5.242 visitors with disabilities who were looking for a job and who have been able to opt for 2.464 vacancies through 446 job offers.
Participation prize draw
On December 21, 2022, in the presence of members of the Organizing Committee of the Fair, raffled two Samsung Galaxy A8 tablets. The first among the 1.732 registered participants in the XIII Employment Fair for people with disabilities in the Community of Madrid, and who uploaded their CVs to the event's web platform. Four numbers were extracted, one from the winner and three from the possible substitutes, in case they were not located.
In addition, to deliver the second tablet, for participation in the conferences, that same day four ballots were extracted from the ballot box that was located in the information stand of IFEMA Hall 1: one of the winner and three of the possible substitutes, in if it is not located. The ballots were delivered to those attending the conferences and workshops of the Fair. and once filled in with the personal data, they were placed in the ballot box.

The tablets were delivered to the winners on February 13, 2023 at the headquarters of the General Directorate of the Public Employment Service at Calle Vía Lusitana 21, in Madrid. Raquel, mother of Imanol Bizarro, has received the award on behalf of her son.

This double employment meeting is organized by the Regional Department of Economy, Taxation and Employment of the Community of Madrid, with the collaboration of the Vice Presidency, Ministry of Education and Universities as well as the Ministry of Family, Youth and Social Policy, and the support of CERMI-Madrid.
