Winter Service - State of Roads
The General Directorate of Highways activates the Winter Road Campaign from November 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024 as in previous years.
The Department of Transport's device to deal with storms includes:

- 57 snow plows
- 2 turbo milling machines
- 16 loaders
- 91 surveillance vehicles
This device is working at full capacity throughout the Madrid Community network, giving priority to the main network, access to hospitals and health centers, and crossings in municipalities.
