Payment of fees for transport authorizations of the Community of Madrid
Prior to completing the application form, you must proceed to pay the corresponding fee. In the following section you can locate the links to access the electronic payment of fees depending on the procedure you are carrying out.
INDICATIONS FOR THE PAYMENT OF FEES:
Select the type of procedure you are requesting from the drop-down menu below.
Identify yourself through the electronic certificate.
Select "transport control and management" as the processing center.
Pay a fee for each authorization.
Complete the form with the applicant's information. Both the data of the holder of the authorizations and those of the representative must be entered.
Request for refund of fees for transport authorizations of the Community of Madrid
To request a refund of fees transport authorizations, CAP Card, Digital Tachograph Card and other transport authorizations, among others, you must present through the Electronic Registry of the Community of Madrid, a generic request indicating in the subject of the request: "Refund of Fees”, and address it to the Subdirectorate General for Transport and Mobility, Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure.
The request must be accompanied by the following documentation:
Payment letter / Proof of income (Model 031)
Certificate of bank ownership of the account in which you want the deposit to be made, electronically signed by the financial institution, which allows to verify the validity of the same
If the holder of the bank account in which you want the deposit to be made is different from the taxpayer of the rate, You must also provide a document with the electronic signature of the taxpayer authorizing the Community of Madrid to make the deposit of the amount corresponding to the fees paid in excess, in the bank account indicated. You must state the complete number of the bank account, the owner of the same and the receipt number of the fees whose refund is requested.
