Comprehensive Care Network for Gender Violence
Made up of the centers for victims of gender violence and the 55 municipal points of the Regional Observatory of Gender Violence, through it we offer different counseling and care services to victims and their families.
Centers for victims of gender violence
Are made up of specific, residential and non-residential resources, and are intended to offer comprehensive care for women, minors and dependents who have been victims of gender-based violence. The main services provided are accommodation, maintenance, psychosocial care, legal guidance, employment guidance and security.
Municipal points of the Regional Observatory of Gender Violence
Telephone service 012
012 is the telephone number for the Community of Madrid, which you can go to if you suffer any type of gender-based violence but have not yet decided to report it. It is attended by psychologists and you can receive information about the available resources (legal, administrative and social). In addition, if we detect an urgent or critical situation, an automatic diversion is made to the emergency telephone number 112. We also offer assistance in English, French and Romanian. In addition, you can contact us through 016, from which your call will be forwarded to 012, leaving no trace on the bill.
Free legal advice
The Legal Orientation Service wants to help, approach and facilitate access to justice for women victims of gender violence. It is free of charge. A lawyer will be in charge of assisting you and informing you in the defense of your rights, processing claims and obtaining free legal assistance.

They can to access all women residing in the Community of Madrid to information and legal advice services, with or without complaint or protection order and without the need to prove their status as a victim, thus preserving your anonymity, as established in article 25.2 of Law 5/2005 of December 20, Comprehensive against Gender Violence of the Community of Madrid.

Single payment economic aid for women victims of gender violence
Aid aimed at providing economic support to women victims of gender-based violence for whom insufficient resources and special difficulties in obtaining a job are proven, in order to guarantee their rights.
Currently, for reasons of the health emergency, they are submitted through registration.
Individual aid to favor the autonomy of women victims of gender violence
Aid to support the autonomy of women from residential centers for victims of gender violence and/or at risk of social exclusion dependent on the Ministry of Family, Youth and Social Policy.
