Opening of work center or resumption of activity
It must always be communicated to the Labor Authority, whatever the activity that is carried out.
This communication is always mandatory, regardless of the communications that must be made or the authorizations that must be granted by other authorities.

- When activity starts in a new work center
- When the activity is resumed in an existing one, after having carried out alterations, extensions or important transformations in the premises and facilities
