The main objective of the territorial public policy coordination model in the Community of Madrid is to guarantee quality services throughout the territory, within the reach of all citizens, regardless of their place of residence, to improve their quality and choice of life. . It must contribute to territorial, economic, social and environmental cohesion with maximum effectiveness and efficiency in the management of public policies. It is a complex reality that requires a common model or scheme that facilitates the understanding of its behavior. The coordination model incorporates all the elements and administrative agents that intervene in the territorial balance and the way in which they are related to each other to achieve their common objective.

For its fulfillment, this coordination model will have a strategic tool that will consist of an Information System for Territorial Coordination (SICORE).
