
Technical Office for Coordination with Municipalities
A tool that facilitates communication with sports agents in the region.
The Technical Office for Coordination with Municipalities in sports stuff of the Community of Madrid is part of a series of measures to ensure permanent coordination between the Vice-Ministry of Sports and local entities in the region.
The OTCM
With the aim of improving and facilitating access to the services and programs developed by the Sports Vice-Ministry of the Community of Madrid, this Office is structured into two differentiated areas or units that will be implemented progressively.
In a first phase, a system of information and specific communication with local entities, while in a second phase the creation of a unit focused on facilitate quality processes in municipal sports services.
In short, it is about making a tool available to sports agents in the region that facilitates their communication and coordination with the Community of Madrid.
Objectives
General Information
Provide local entities General information and guidance on the services, programs, procedures, grants and subsidies that are the responsibility of the Sports Vice-Ministry.
Specialized information
Provide specialized information about the actions carried out in coordination between local entities and the Sports Vice-Ministry, as well as about legal or technical aspects in the sports field.
Channel requests
Channel requests for information general or specialized carried out by local entities.
Make resources visible
Make visible resources or good practices generated from certain local entities, which can be replicated or useful for others.

ORDER 534/2020, of October 27, of the Vice Presidency, Ministry of Sports, Transparency and Government Spokesperson, which establishes the regulatory bases that must govern the concession, through competitive competition, of aid to Local Entities of the territorial scope of the Community of Madrid, as well as the entities linked or dependent on them, for the provision of outdoor physical exercise spaces, intended for its physical activity and health and quality of life programs, as well as the acquisition of physical condition assessment material and healthy physical exercise.

Can administrative procedures be carried out through the technical office?
No. Among other objectives of the Office, it is contemplated to provide informative support to the actions managed from the different Subdirectorates General of the Vice-Ministry of Sports, not to channel or replace procedures and procedures established in them.
Who can be part of the network of contacts of the technical office?
Each Local Entity must inform the Technical Office of the contact details of those municipal officials that it wishes to incorporate into the network.
Should I always contact the Vice-Ministry units through the technical office?
NO. The Office can initially channel a query or facilitate a specific contact with one of the units of the Vice-Ministry. From then on, the interested local entity must continue, as the case may be, the paperwork or procedures with said unit.
What is the nature of the information and guidance provided by the technical office?
The information and guidelines provided through the Technical Office for Coordination with Municipalities will be merely illustrative or informative, does not have the nature of administrative acts, so:
- In no case will they imply a normative interpretation, nor legal or economic consideration.
- It will not originate rights or expectations of rights in favor of the applicants or third parties, and may not harm the rights or legitimate interests of the interested parties or other people.
