The Madrid 112 Security and Emergency Agency is an instrument at the service of citizens that allows the response of the different organizations to be integrated in situations of risk that affect them, establishing a single emergency care system. The development of joint action procedures, the implementation of common technological and communication platforms, as well as the promotion of transversal and specialized training for all the agents involved, are the main objectives of the new Agency.
