Description of the Aid
The purpose of this aid line is to launch a subsidy program to offset the costs derived from the improvement of telecommunications facilities in buildings subject to the horizontal property regime that do not have a common telecommunications infrastructure (ICT). These aids are framed within the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, "financed with European Funds — NextGenerationEU», within Component 15 through investment line number 4.
The purpose pursued with these aids is to contribute to the achievement of the total quantitative objective CID240, relative to the completion of 13.600 buildings without a common telecommunications infrastructure, for which the Community of Madrid intends to contribute by granting these aids. for at least 1.401 buildings.
The aid will be managed under the modality of non-competitive competition until the planned funds are exhausted or until September 30, 2.023 is reached.
The following lines of action will be eligible:

Telecommunications infrastructure adapted for Sound Broadcasting, Digital Television and Ultra-fast Broadband (complete installation).

Telecommunications infrastructure adapted for Sound Broadcasting, Digital Television and Ultra-fast Broadband. In this case, it is a partial installation, since, for Sound Broadcasting and Digital Television, it does not include the capture elements (antennas) or adaptation (headend equipment).

Telecommunications infrastructure exclusively adapted for Ultra-Rapid Broadband.
beneficiaries
The communities of owners of a building or group of buildings, subject to the horizontal property regime, established in article 396 of the Civil Code, as well as, in the correlatives of Law 49/1960, of 21 July, on horizontal property, and who need to adapt their telecommunications facilities inside the building or set of buildings.
Amount
This line of aid is endowed with 8.243.400 euros
