EU Information Alert Service
To stay up to date with information about the European Union
The European Documentation Center of the Community of Madrid offers an online alert service for thematic profiles selected by users
Introduction
The alert service allows you to receive:
- News in European legislation
- References to bibliographical novelties
- European funding calls and programs
- And other information
The user will receive weekly in their email (daily in the case of funding calls) information related to the areas of interest and the sources of information they have selected.
Subscription to the EU information alert service
To register for the service, use the “Registration” and “Access” buttons at the top of the European Documentation Center Online Services portal.
Databases
The alert service works with the databases of the European Documentation Center and its library catalogue, which can also be consulted from the European Union Legislation Database, the Database of European Funding Programs and Calls and the Library of the European Documentation Center.
European Union legislation database
It is the result of the emptying of the Official Journal of the EU, with access to the full text of the provisions.
Database of European funding programs and calls
It allows you to consult what programs exist, what activities each program finances, in what percentages, who can apply, what calls have appeared, what calls are open, etc.
European Documentation Center Library
It is made up of a collection specialized in community policies and European institutions, history of Europe, member countries, European integration, etc. It has a specific section for preparing for oppositions to EU institutions, a language section with learning books for English, French, German and Italian, and a narrative section. There is a personal loan service, in-room consultation and an information and reference service.
