Aid for the promotion of CSR and work-life balance
It is an Aid Program that consists of two lines:
Line 1. Implantation of the social responsability in the self-employed and in small businesses.
Line 2. Conciliation of work, family and personal life through economic incentives for promotion of teleworking and the flexible schedule.
LINE 1.- IMPLEMENTATION OF SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY IN THE SELF-EMPLOYED AND IN SMALL COMPANIES
Through this line, both the obtaining or renewal of certifications of norms or standards in the field of social responsibility, as well as the implementation of master plans or programs that aim to advance towards said certification, will be subsidized.
These norms or standards may be the SA 8000 Norm, the IQNet SR10 Certification, the SG21 certification, EFR (conciliation) or other similar ones.
LINE 2.- RECONCILIATION OF WORK, FAMILY AND PERSONAL LIFE (*)
Includes:
a) Economic incentives to promote teleworking, including the purchase of electronic equipment when it has been necessary to carry it out.
b) Economic incentives to promote flexible hours, proportional to the worker's working day.
WHO CAN APPLY FOR HELP?
Self-employed or self-employed workers, small businesses and civil companies with legal personality, who carry out their activity in the Community of Madrid.
REQUIREMENTS AND AMOUNT OF THE GRANT (*)
Requirements for both lines:
- Have a maximum of 50 workers hired.
- That they do not exceed 10 million euros in annual turnover or their annual balance is less than 43 million euros.
- They are not public entities.
- Be up to date with your state and regional tax obligations and Social Security and not have any other debt pending payment.
- Carry out its activity in the Community of Madrid.
Requirements and amounts
Implementation of social responsibility:
- Obtaining or renewing certifications of regulations or standards by paying 75% of the costs involved in said process, with a maximum of €2.500 per beneficiary.
- Start-up of Master Plans or Programs to advance towards said certification, by paying 75% of the costs involved in said start-up with a maximum of €2.500 per beneficiary.
Incentives to promote work-life balance: flexibility or teleworking:
- Formalize, at least, a flexible hour or telecommuting agreement, with a worker linked to the company by employment contract.
- Hire new staff in the teleworking modality, and establish an agreement with the worker that regulates this situation for a period of time not less than one year.

In the case of telecommuting, The aid will consist of an incentive of €2.500 per worker with an individual teleworking agreement, formalized in a teleworking contract, either by adapting the contract they had in the company or by signing a new contract for a person not linked to the company, with a maximum limit of €10.000 per company. Likewise, 75% of the cost of the electronic equipment necessary for the implementation of teleworking in the workplace will be subsidized, with a maximum of 2.500 euros per company. (*)

Aid to self-employed workers
This is aid that subsidizes part of the expenses necessary to start up your business activity.
WHO CAN APPLY FOR HELP?
- Unemployed natural persons who register as self-employed workers, self-employed in the corresponding Social Security regime or in the mutual society of the corresponding professional association.
- The persons provided for in the previous point who are members of civil societies or community property. Also the partners of commercial companies, as long as they are not members of the administrative body of the company.
- The persons provided for in the first point, who are worker or work partners of cooperatives or labor companies.
For the purposes of determining the start date of activity as a self-employed worker, the date of initial registration in the Economic Activities Tax will be considered, in any case.
WHAT IS THE AMOUNT OF THE HELP?
The final amount of the aid will be 80% of justified expenses, in accordance with the eligible costs established in article 4.2 of the Regulatory Norms.

B.- EXPENSES OF ARTICLE 4.2 LETTER p) - Expenses in tangible and intangible FIXED ASSETS.
The amount of the aid may be increased by 1.500 euros maximum to cover expenses contemplated in letter p) of article 4.2 (tangible and intangible fixed assets).
Therefore, the maximum amount of the subsidy will be extended, in general, up to 4.000 euros, and for specific groups up to 4.580 euros.
In any case, the granting of this aid will be conditional on the beneficiary making an expense with its corresponding payment that is necessary for the development of the activity, not including VAT or the equivalent indirect taxes when they are susceptible to recovery or compensation, among the previous three months on the date of commencement of the activity as a self-employed worker and the two months later at that start.
WHAT EXPENSES ARE ELIGIBLE?
The eligible costs, which must be necessary for the start-up of the business activity and respond to its nature, may be:
- Fees of Notary, Registrar and Technical Engineers as a result of the constitution and start-up of the business activity.
- Fees of Lawyers, Advisors and management expenses related to the constitution and start-up of the business activity.
- Patents and trademarks register.
- Necessary expenses for the relief and/or transfer of the business, including diagnostic studies and advice or necessary assistance.
- Sanitary inspection fee and urban licenses.
- Rental of premises for the development of the activity as well as rental of rooms for the temporary provision of services in coworking spaces or private business incubators, referring to the months corresponding to the eligible period.
- Development of web page and other electronic commerce applications that are necessary for the exercise of the activity.
- Expenses incurred for the maintenance, repair and upkeep of the premises intended for the professional activity to be carried out by the applicant.
- Expenses related to the Compulsory Prevention Service for the self-employed who hire their first worker.
- Expenses incurred for registration on the Internet, or for access through licenses to the use of specific computer programs (the acquisition of professional software may be included in Annex II.B: Expenditures on tangible and intangible fixed assets).
- Expenses derived from compliance with the regulations on data protection.
- Research and development expenses corresponding to the budget year to which the subsidy is allocated.
- Advertising and propaganda expenses (except for public relations).
- Premiums for civil liability insurance and other insurance necessary for the activity.
- Professional college fees.
- Expenses corresponding to the registration of water, gas and electricity supplies.
- Invoices for the consumption of water, internet, gas and electricity corresponding to the premises where the business activity is carried out, and in relation to the eligible months.
- Expenses in tangible and intangible fixed assets, not foreseen in the previous sections.
VAT and those other expenses that may be subject to a subsidy, discount or exemption by other public or private bodies or institutions will not be considered eligible expenses.
WHAT REQUIREMENTS HAVE TO COMPLY?
- Be up to date with tax obligations and with Social Security.
- Carry out its activity in the Community of Madrid.
- Be unemployed and registered as a jobseeker in the Employment Offices of the Community of Madrid, on the date immediately prior to the start of the activity as a self-employed worker, considering said date, the initial registration in the Tax on Economic Activities.
- Register in the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers, within the corresponding special self-employment regime or mutual society of the professional association as an practitioner.
- Not having carried out the same activity in the six months prior to the date of registration as a self-employed worker.
- In addition, the beneficiaries are obliged to comply with the maintenance of registration in the corresponding Social Security or mutual insurance scheme of the Professional Association as an exerciser of the activity, for at least two years.
- For the justification of payments, only those made by transfer and bank card are allowed as valid means of payment.
APPLICATION SUBMISSION DEADLINE
The deadline for submitting applications will be three months from the start date of the activity of the self-employed worker.
The application must be submitted subsequently at the beginning of their activity as a self-employed worker, and once the expenses have been incurred and the payments derived from the start-up of their activity have been made.
IMPORTANT: applications submitted before or after the indicated deadline will be considered INADMITTED.
IS THE HELP COMPATIBLE WITH OTHERS?
Yes. It is compatible with the aid for the extension of the Self-Employed Flat Rate.
WHERE DO I SUBMIT MY APPLICATION?
- De electronic form through the Portal of Digital Administration Community of Madrid.
- En paper, in any registry of the General Administration of the State, of the Autonomous Community or of the City Councils.
WHAT IF I STOP BEING SELF-EMPLOYED?
the beneficiary must remain high in the corresponding Social Security or mutual insurance scheme of the Professional Association as an activity practitioner, for at least two years.
During this time, the beneficiary is obliged to notify the management body of any variation that occurs in relation to your status as a self-employed worker.
If the beneficiary has not stayed high o has not fulfilled during the whole period all the conditions to receive the aid, must make a proportional refund thereof.

Extension of the flat rate for freelancers
This aid allows the self-employed of the Community of Madrid extend for a maximum of twelve additional months the flat rate of Social Security contributions; When the initial period of the state incentive ends, the self-employed will receive financial aid from the Community of Madrid, which will allow them to maintain the cost of paying their Social Security contributions for an additional 12 months.
WHO CAN APPLY FOR HELP?
The self-employed who have registered in the Special Scheme for Self-Employed Workers of Social Security (RETA) or in the Special System for Self-Employed Agricultural Workers (SETA) fulfilling the requirements to be beneficiaries of the state flat rate.
Also members of associated work cooperatives or labor companies framed in the RETA.
WHAT REQUIREMENTS HAVE TO COMPLY?
- Carry out the activity in the Community of Madrid.
- Maintain during the 12 months that the aid lasts the conditions that gave the right to enjoy the State reductions.
- Be up to date with tax obligations with the State Administration, with the Community of Madrid and with Social Security.
APPLICATION SUBMISSION DEADLINE
The self-employed who have registered with the RETA and meet the conditions to be beneficiaries, may submit the application during the last two months of the initial period of enjoyment of the state reduction and until the last day of the second following month to the said period.
IMPORTANT: applications submitted before or after the indicated deadline will be considered INADMITTED.
IS THE HELP COMPATIBLE WITH OTHERS?

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE HELP?
The amount of the subsidy will be paid in advance and will be made, when the initial state reduction period has elapsed, for the amount of the 12 eligible months.

Zero rate for self-employed
On January 10, 2023, the Agreement of December 28, 2022, of the Governing Council, was published in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid, approving the regulatory standards and establishing the procedure for direct granting of Zero Rate aid from the Community of Madrid. BOCM 10.01.2023
The purpose of the aid is the promotion and consolidation of self-employment in the Community of Madrid through the granting of aid called Zero Rate of the Community of Madrid to self-employed or self-employed workers who are covered by the "Incentives and measures to promote and promote Self-Employment" of articles 38 bis, 38 ter and 38 quater of Law 20/2007, of July 11, of the Statute of the Autonomous Work.
Once these regulatory standards have been approved, the Community of Madrid is drawing up the call for aid that will be published in the BOCM.
ELIGIBLE ACTION AND GRANT AMOUNT
The reduced or subsidized quotas that the beneficiaries of the aid have paid to the General Treasury of the Social Security will be eligible in accordance with the provisions of articles 38 bis, 38 ter and 38 quater of Law 20/2007, of July 11, of the Self-Employed Work Statute.
WHO CAN APPLY FOR HELP?
Self-employed or self-employed workers, who are or have been eligible for the bonuses or reductions established as "Incentives and measures to promote and promote Self-Employment" of articles 38 bis, 38 ter and 38 quarter of the Law, may request the aid. Law 20/2007, of July 11, of the Self-Employment Statute in the following cases:
a) Self-employed or self-employed workers who have enjoyed a reduced quota, counting from the effective date of registration in RETA during the following twelve full calendar months.
b) Self-employed or self-employed workers whose net annual economic returns are less than the corresponding annual Minimum Interprofessional Salary, and who have enjoyed the reduced quota during the following twelve full calendar months after the initial twelve months.
c) Self-employed or self-employed workers who have a degree of disability equal to or greater than 33 percent, or are victims of gender violence or victims of terrorism who have had the reduced quota for 24 full calendar months.
d) Self-employed or self-employed workers who have a degree of disability equal to or greater than 33 percent, or are victims of gender violence or victims of terrorism who, as a result of their net annual economic returns, have enjoyed the quota reduced during the following thirty-six full calendar months to the initial twenty-four months of the previous section.
e) Self-employed or self-employed workers who, having ceased their activity due to the birth of a son or daughter, adoption, guardianship for the purposes of adoption, foster care and guardianship, return to carry out an activity on their own account within the two years immediately following their the effective date of the termination, and have had the state bonus recognized, during the twenty-four months immediately following the date of their return to work.
f) Self-employed workers who are beneficiaries of the benefit for the care of minors affected by cancer or another serious illness, who have had the state bonus recognized during the period of receipt of said benefit, during the period that the same is extended.
WHAT REQUIREMENTS HAVE TO COMPLY?
- Registration in RETA as of January 1, 2023.
- Carry out its activity in the Community of Madrid.
- Being or having been a beneficiary of the reductions provided for in articles: 38 bis, 38 ter and 38 quater of Law 20/2007, of July 11, on the Statute of self-employment.
- Be up to date with tax obligations with the State Administration, with the Community of Madrid and with Social Security.
APPLICATION SUBMISSION DEADLINE
As of the publication of the Call, which is being prepared by the Community of Madrid and in accordance with those established in the regulatory bases, applications will be submitted within the following deadlines:
- In general, within a maximum period of three months following the end of each twelve-month period of enjoyment of the reduction or bonus in question.
- In the case of self-employed workers who are beneficiaries of the benefit for the care of minors affected by cancer or another serious illness, in which the enjoyment of the benefit during any period has been less than twelve months, it may be presented within three months following the end of the bonus application.
OFFICIAL FORM OF THE APPLICATION
- The request will conform to the official model established in the corresponding available credit declaration order, and will be made by filling in an automated form, which is being worked on to facilitate the processing of aid as much as possible, which will be made available. at the electronic headquarters of the Community of Madrid, so the submission of applications through different means will not be accepted
- To submit the application by electronic means, it is necessary to have one of the recognized or qualified Electronic Certificates of electronic signature, which are operational in the Community of Madrid and issued by providers included in the "Trusted list of security service providers". certification" or any other electronic signature system that the Community of Madrid considers valid under the terms and conditions that are specifically established for each type of signature.
- The request must be signed by the person concerned or his representative. In the event that the application submitted does not meet the necessary requirements, or all the required documentation has not been provided or it presents some deficiency, the interested party will be required to correct the lack or accompany it within a period of ten days. the mandatory documents, indicating that, if you do not do so, you will be deemed to have withdrawn your request, prior Resolution.
DOCUMENTATION TO BE SUBMITTED
1. The request must be accompanied by the following documentation:
- Proof of payment of the contribution corresponding to the months in which you have enjoyed the reduction or bonus provided for in articles 38 ter, 38 bis and 38 quarter of Law 20/2007, of July 11, on the Self-Employment Statute.
- Registration in the Economic Activities Tax (Model 037 or 036) in which the address of the activity in the Community of Madrid appears.
- Certificate from the State Tax Administration Agency of being up to date with tax obligations.
- Certificate of the General Treasury of the Social Security of being up to date with the obligations before the Social Security.
- In case of having a legal obligation to dispose of it, proof of having carried out the Occupational Risk Prevention Plan.
- In the event that the application is submitted by a representative, legally valid documentation must be provided that reliably accredits the legal representation.
2. The applicant must formulate the corresponding responsible declarations relating to the following points, which are part of the application model:
a) Fulfillment of the requirements included in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, to obtain the status of beneficiary of public subsidies.
b) Concurrence of any aid with the same purpose as the subsidized activity in this Agreement.
c) Commitment to notify all subsidy applications processed in any public body, related to the subsidized activity in this Agreement.
d) Aid received or requested by way of "minimis" during the previous two fiscal years and during the current fiscal year.
e) Commitment to notify aid for "minimis" received from any public body.
f) Responsible declaration of being exempt from carrying out the Occupational Risk Prevention Plan, provided for in article 16 of Law 31/1995, of November 8, on Occupational Risk Prevention, in accordance with the provisions of section f) of article 8 of Law 2/1995 of Subsidies of the Community of Madrid.
3. The applicant must submit this documentation electronically. The required documentation can be attached to the application, at the time of its processing. Likewise, documents may be provided during the processing of the file.
4. El certificate of being up to date with payments with the Treasury of the Community of Madrid it will be requested ex officio by the instructing body of these subsidies, in accordance with the provisions of article 29.5 of Law 9/1990, of November 8, Regulating the Treasury of the Community of Madrid.
5. In accordance with the provisions of article 28 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, in those cases in which it is possible, the Administration will electronically collect the documents listed in section 1 through its corporate networks or by consulting the data intermediation platforms or other electronic systems enabled for this purpose, unless expressly opposed by the interested party or lack of express authorization in relation to tax data in accordance with the provisions of the Article 95.1.k) of Law 58/2003, of December 17, General Taxation.
SELF-EMPLOYED REGISTRED BEFORE JANUARY 1, 2023
Our aid currently in force, known as the State Flat Rate of 60 euros they will continue to rule by the Governing Council Agreement of May 17, 2016, subsequently modified on December 5, 2017 and July 23, 2019, until the completion of the applications that meet their requirements and availed themselves of the reduced state rate before January 1, 2023.
The contribution benefits established in the aforementioned articles: 31, 31 bis, 32 and 32 bis of Law 20/2007, of July 11, on the Statute of self-employment, will continue to apply, in the same terms, to those who were beneficiaries thereof before January 1, 2023, until the maximum periods established for their application have expired in each case.
AUTHORIZATION FOR INTERPRETATION AND APPLICATION
The head of the Department responsible for the self-employed is empowered to issue as many acts and instructions as are necessary for the interpretation and application of the provisions of the Agreement of the Governing Council, which approves the regulatory standards and establishes the procedure for direct granting of aid Zero Rate of the Community of Madrid.
COMPATIBILITY OF THESE AIDS WITH OTHERS
These aids are incompatible with those provided for in the payment of Social Security contributions to the recipients of the unemployment benefit in its single payment modality in the Community of Madrid.
Program for the Promotion of Collective Entrepreneurship
The objective of this program is to promote collective entrepreneurship in the Region by granting aid that covers part of the initial expenses necessary for the constitution cooperatives and labor companies, as well as for the qualification of insertion companies, part of the investments necessary for the creation of cooperatives and labor companies, or for their expansion and development, and that they also subsidize the incorporation of partners to social economy companies, specifically, cooperatives, labor companies and insertion companies.
Furthermore, these grants are intended to complement the business advice service that the Community of Madrid lends to the people of Madrid, hand in hand with the associations of the self-employed and the social economy of the region, making it possible to publicize the advantages of collective entrepreneurship and the benefits of the different formulas of the social economy.
It is an Aid Program that consists of four lines:
LINE 1.- SUPPORT FOR THE CREATION OF NEW COOPERATIVES, EMPLOYEE SOCIETIES AND INSERTION COMPANIES.
Through this line, part of the initial expenses for setting up new cooperatives and employee-owned companies will be subsidized, as well as the final qualification of insertion companies, and part of the Social Security expenses of the constituent members of these entities, in the event that opt for the General Social Security Scheme.
Up to a maximum of 12.000 euros per newly created entity.
The amount will be extended up to $15.000 for the case of new entities that develop their activity in municipalities with less than 2.500 inhabitants, which will promote the development of rural nuclei, in this case entities set up by under 30 years, and in the case of entities that carry out their activity in the senergy, social, environmental, new technologies, dependency or education sectors.
Specifically, the following will be subsidized:
- Contribution expenses of the General Social Security Regime of the constituent members of the cooperative or worker-owned company, as well as of the constituent members of the company classified as an insertion company and expenses derived from the hiring of directors and managers by these entities , the latter calculated on the annual gross costs of the worker, considering the wages reflected in the payroll and the contributions made to the General Social Security Scheme for the months requested.
- Fees of Notary, Registrar and Technical Engineers as a result of the incorporation and start-up of the company.
- Fees of Lawyers, Advisors and management expenses related to the constitution and start-up of the company.
- Necessary expenses for the relief and/or transfer of the business, including diagnostic studies and advice or necessary assistance.
- Expenses derived from the transformation processes of entities with economic activity already existing in cooperatives, labor companies or insertion companies.
- Feasibility studies and business plans.
- Sanitary inspection fee and urban licenses.
- Rental of premises for the development of the activity as well as rental of rooms for the temporary provision of services in coworking spaces or private business incubators.
- Website maintenance expenses and other electronic commerce applications that are necessary for the exercise of the activity.
- Expenses incurred for the maintenance, repair and upkeep of the premises intended for the professional activity to be carried out by the applicant.
- Expenses incurred for registration on the Internet, or for access through licenses to the use of specific computer programs (excluding in any case the acquisition of professional software).
- Expenses derived from compliance with the regulations on data protection.
- Research and development expenses corresponding to the budget year to which the subsidy is allocated.
- Advertising and propaganda expenses (except for public relations). -Premiums for civil liability insurance and other necessary insurance. -Fees of professional schools.
- Expenses corresponding to the registration of water, gas and electricity supplies, as well as bills for water, internet, gas and electricity consumption corresponding to the place where the business activity is carried out, and in relation to the eligible months.
- Expenses related to obtaining accreditations and certifications by authorized bodies and entities.
- Expenses derived from compliance with the regulations on Prevention of Occupational Risks.
- Expenses for the implementation of quality standards and environmental management systems.
- Expenses derived from the preparation and implementation of Business Plans for Gender Equality.
- Training expenses for company personnel for the proper preparation of their social responsibility report.
VAT and other expenses that may be subject to subsidies, discounts or exemptions by other public or private bodies or institutions will not be eligible.
LINE 2.- SUPPORT FOR THE ADVISORY SERVICE OF THE SELF-EMPLOYED ASSOCIATIONS AND THE SOCIAL ECONOMY.
Through this line, part of the expenses derived from the hiring of advisers will be subsidized by associations of self-employed workers, cooperatives, labor companies, insertion companies and special employment centers in the region, which meet the requirements established establish, when providing general information services and advice on aspects related to the creation and implementation of a business project, individually or collectively.
The amount of the subsidy will be determined by the number of full-time and indefinite workers that the organization or association has to carry out consultancies, during the calendar year prior to the presentation of the application, without the need for it to be of new contracts.
The entity must have at least Two workers hired directly by the organization, full-time and indefinitely, throughout the calendar year prior to the request.
La maximum grant will be 50% of the gross monthly salary of the worker hired by the association full-time and indefinitely, including the Social Security expenses of the company derived from said worker, up to the limit of 100 times the Minimum Interprofessional Salary of the year of reference corresponding to said worker, in relation, at most, to the 3 months corresponding to the calendar year immediately prior to the filing of the application, and up to a maximum of 12 euros per entity.
The entities must provide a detailed report with the advice given by the advisors and the activities in which they have participated during the reference calendar year.
LINE 3.- FINANCING OF INVESTMENTS NECESSARY FOR THE CREATION OF SOCIAL ECONOMY COMPANIES, AS WELL AS FOR THEIR EXPANSION AND DEVELOPMENT.
Investments must be made in tangible or intangible fixed assets, and must be necessary for the creation of cooperatives and labor companies, for the expansion and development of their current structures, as well as for the incorporation of new information and communication technologies.
The beneficiary's contribution to the financing of the investments must be at least 50 by 100.
El grant amount, alone or in concurrence with other public aid or subsidies, will be as maximum of 50% of the investment carried out for the start-up of the social economy company, for its expansion or development, and up to a maximum of 20.000 euros per entity and year.
In the case of vehicles, the amount of the subsidy per vehicle may not exceed the $10.000. For computer equipment, the subsidy will not exceed $250 per team, with a maximum of six per beneficiary entity. For mobile telephony, the subsidy will not exceed 150 euros per terminal, with a maximum of three per beneficiary entity.
LINE 4.- SUPPORT FOR THE INCORPORATION OF PARTNERS IN SOCIAL ECONOMY COMPANIES.
There are two types of aid:

The aid will be subject to the effective incorporation as a partner as well as the reflection of the subsidized contribution to the capital of the company, in the accounting entries of the same.
The subsidy, on its own or in concurrence with other subsidies or grants launched by other public administrations and which affect the same eligible activity, may not exceed 50% of the total contribution required to become a member, without prejudice to the compatibility with tax incentives/deductions, with the capitalization of unemployment for the contribution to social capital, or other aid that does not directly affect the subsidy of the contribution to social capital.
WHO CAN APPLY FOR HELP?
- At the first line grant, cooperatives, labor companies and insertion companies constituted or qualified within the established term.
- At the second line, the professional associations of self-employed workers, cooperatives, labor companies, Insertion Companies and Special Employment Centers, which have as their scope of action the Community of Madrid, in accordance with its Statutes, and have at least two workers hired full-time and indefinitely directly by the organization to provide services to the self-employed or social economy entity, throughout the calendar year prior to the submission of the application.

APPLICATION SUBMISSION DEADLINE

The spending must have been made in the period between the three months prior to the date of incorporation of the cooperative or worker-owned company, or six months prior to the provisional rating of the insertion company, and the nine months subsequent to said constitution or provisional qualification.
- For second line of grants, The deadline for submitting applications will correspond to the first two months of the calendar year (January and February), and must refer to the actions of the association in the 12 months of the year immediately prior to said request.
- For third line of grants, the deadline for submitting applications will be the first two months of the calendar year, and must refer to the investments made in the twelve months of the year immediately prior to the filing of said request.
- For fourth line of subsidies The deadline for submitting applications will be three months from the effective incorporation of the partner to the entity, considering that said effective incorporation occurs at the moment in which the employment relationship between the person who joins and the company is born.

- Not having reconciled self-employment with the contributory level unemployment benefit in the 24 months prior to the application.
