Information System of Land Occupation in Spain. Data from the Community of Madrid.

Content:
SIOSE is the Information System on Land Occupation in Spain, integrated into the National Territory Observation Plan (PNOT), whose objective is to generate a Land Occupation database for all of Spain at a reference scale of 1:25.000, integrating the information available from the autonomous communities and the General State Administration.

Includes queries to the maps and databases of land occupation, for the territorial scope of the Community of Madrid, for the years 2005, 2009 and 2011.

The Land Portal 4.0 viewer shows plots for sale owned by the Community of Madrid, its Autonomous Organisms, Public Law Entities and other Public Entities subject to public or private Law, which have collaborated.

• Parcel Viewer: plot, orthoimage, street map, cadastre and municipal area. For the available plots, a file is included with information on the use of the plot, the type of land, the regime, the state of the urbanization, the exact location and the managing body.
• Other Information: different participating consortiums, supply of land available in very different areas of the region and for residential, tertiary, commercial or other types of use, both for sale and for rent, concession or surface right.
