The objective of this investment is to reinforce and rehabilitate the pavements of the roads that are owned by the Community of Madrid, so as to increase road safety and improve traffic comfort.
The reinforcement and rehabilitation of pavements is one of the five major axes that are part of the new Road Maintenance Strategy 2018-2021. The objective of this contract is to increase the safety and comfort of circulation for users. This investment of €60,5 million will mean that new asphalt is laid on practically half of the 2.500 kilometers of roads.
