Good practices in social care centers and services
In this bank of good practices you can find some improvement initiatives proposed by the centers and social care services of the Community of Madrid.
What are good practices?
Good practices are initiatives to improve the centers and social care services in the Community of Madrid, in order to increase the quality of care provided to users. They are offered here as a model so that other centers and services can learn about them and adapt them to their own situation.
Social care centers and services can send proposals to the mailbox quality.social@madrid.org. The responsibility for the content corresponds to the centers and services themselves, which have expressly authorized its disclosure.
The General Sub-Directorate for Quality and Innovation classifies them according to 5 thematic areas: quality management system, training, user satisfaction, accessibility and removal of architectural barriers and service processes.
