Assistance to local entities for the mechanization and modernization of administrative management.
The GEMA Project, managed jointly with the Digital Agency of the Community of Madrid, pursues assistance to local entities for the mechanization and modernization of administrative management.
The fundamental objective of this service is assistance, in the modernization of administrative management, to local entities of the Community of Madrid, prioritizing municipalities with a population of less than 20.000 inhabitants.
Type of Aid
- Licenses to use a series of applications necessary for municipal management which, to date, cover the following areas:
- Accounting
- Revenue Management and Collection
- Payroll and Social Security Management
- File Management and Document Registration
- Municipal file
- Geographic Information System for Municipal Cadastral Management
- Electronic signature
- Training related to the management of these modules, both through courses and personalized tutorials for the different municipalities.
- Shared mailboxes and emails with the subdomain @ayuntamiento.madrid.org.
Local Entities (City Halls, Associations, Smaller Local Entities). Boards of Trustees and Public Business Entities (Consortiums).
