Bio-health parks
The Biohealthy Parks aim to improve the health of adults through the practice of outdoor sports, using biohealthy elements or gerontogymnastics that are designed for specific areas of the body's muscles.
These elements are designed in order to facilitate the practice of gentle physical exercise for rehabilitation or maintenance and are aimed primarily at the elderly, although they have also begun to be used by athletes and young people.
Aware of the importance of healthy ageing, and to contribute to improving health, the Community of Madrid, in collaboration with the municipalities in its territorial area, has drawn up a healthy meeting points map for physical exercise outdoors.
