2023 courses

These courses follow the guidance of Strategic Plan for the Common Agricultural Policy (PEPAC) of Spain 2023-2027, and are specifically included within its transversal objective of Modernize the agricultural sector through knowledge, innovation and digitalization in rural areas.

They are financed by IMIDRA and, after their completion, the eligible costs as part of PEPAC will be co-financed by the European Union (through the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development, EAFDER), the General State Administration (through the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food) and the Community of Madrid (through the IMIDRA).

This course allows you to obtain or renew the certificate of competence as a driver or caregiver according to the Regulation (EC) No. 1 / 2005

Who can take the courses?

Any interested person residing in the Community of Madrid. We can also consider your request if, even though you do not have a domicile in the Community of Madrid, you carry out your agricultural, livestock, forestry, agri-food, or other activity linked to the natural environment, in a municipality of the Community of Madrid.

The course Application and management of phytosanitary products. Fumigator Level It can only be done by someone who has the qualified level recognized in the Community of Madrid.

If there are more applications than places in a course, we apply the criteria in the document Selection of applications and performance standards. Requests for:

Those who carry out their professional activities in the agricultural, livestock, forestry or agri-food sectors, or carry out other professional activities linked to the natural environment in rural areas
Beneficiaries or applicants for aid in calls regulated by Order 453/2019 or Order 3706/2022 (Modernization of agricultural structures)
Active owners of agricultural holdings in the Community of Madrid or collaborating family members of the owner of the holding.
Unemployed people
Women who meet any of the above criteria

Number of students

In general, the maximum number of people who can participate in a course will be 25.

In the Application and Management of Phytosanitary Products courses, the maximum number is 20 people for face-to-face courses and 30 for blended courses, according to the regulations of the Community of Madrid for these courses.

In certain courses the maximum number may be lower, if expressly indicated.

What do you need to request your registration?

A form of application for each course
Photocopy of the DNI or NIE (if you requested courses in the 2019-2022 period and it is still valid, it is not necessary, but you must tell us what course you took and in what year).
If your DNI/NIE does not indicate that your address is in the Community of Madrid, you must attach a registration certificate or proof that you carry out your agricultural, agri-food, forestry, or activity linked to the natural environment, in a municipality of the Community of Madrid.
Documentation to demonstrate that the profile indicated in the application is met (in the document selection of applications and performance standards We indicate the most appropriate one, you can attach another one that you consider appropriate)

If you apply for several courses at the same time, you only need the forms for each course, and a single copy of the DNI or NIE and the documentation provided that is common.

How can you send the application and necessary documentation?

You can scan your application and documents and email them to courses.imidra@madrid.org. Please send the application and documents preferably in pdf format and minimize file sizes.

The application must be signed. If you send it to us by email you can sign it manually, scan it and send it to us, or use an electronic signature on the pdf.

We cannot accept links to download any application or documentation.

We will respond to you confirming receipt (it does not mean that your request has been selected). If we do not do it in 2-3 business days, call us at 91 438 30 57 or 91 438 24 98.

You can also present them at any of the Offices for Assistance in Registration Matters of the Community of Madrid (check if it is necessary or convenient to ask appointment), of the General Administration of the State, of other Autonomous Communities, of Local Entities, post offices and diplomatic representations or consular offices of Spain abroad.

En Offices for Assistance in Registration Matters of the Community of Madrid You can see records from the different public administrations that are part of the ORVE/SIR system, preferably use one of those records. Let us know if you file for someone who is not part of that system.

If you present it at a post office you must do so by Registration and instant delivery of documents from a post office.

Certificates of attendance / achievement

You will be sent a certificate of attendance, or achievement if there is proof of evaluation.

According to the regulations, in the courses "Application and management of phytosanitary products" and "Animal welfare in transport", The entities contracted by IMIDRA are responsible for managing the request to the Agriculture Area of your Professional user card for phytosanitary products and to the Livestock Area of your Certificate of Competence for drivers and handlers, respectively.
