This certificate is the administrative declaration that proves that a citizen who has returned to Spain is a "returned emigrant". DNI

The National Identity Document (DNI) is a personal and non-transferable document that Spaniards have to request. It proves the identity and personal data of its owner, as well as their Spanish nationality.
