I prepare my resume

El resume it is the key to enter a selection process. It is convenient that you have two types of resume, a reduced one that occupies approximately one side of a page and a longer one. Go adapting your curriculum according to the position you want to access or are interested in according to your academic training and work experience.

Pair it with a presentation letter, with it you will provide added value, your attitudes and your interest in the job you are applying for will be captured there. What is a biosimilar

These are the tests you have to pass work in public administration. They consist of one opposition phase with completion of 1 or more examinations and, in some cases, of a contest phase in which training and experience are scored.

Who are the public administrations? Well, they are the General State Administration, the administrations of the different autonomous communities -in our case the Community of Madrid-, and the local administrations or town halls.

Each public administration draws a Public Employment Offer, OPE, with the jobs they need to cover. The OPE is published in the official gazettes of each public administration.

The general requirements are:

The first time you go to work you need to have a membership number Social security so that the company can register you.

Read the contract carefully, check: the company data, the type of contract, the working day, the gross or net salary, what is your Collective Agreement, the professional category, the place of work, the duration of the contract and the trial period.

Signed the contract, get a copy, if the company does not provide it, you can request it at the Public Service of State Employment (SEPE). Check that you have been registered, the Social Security Treasury will send you an SMS to your mobile.

Remember that you have to collect from the first day of work, even during the trial period.

What contracts can they make me?

training contracts

Of formation in alternation, Its purpose will be to make paid labor activity compatible with the corresponding training processes in the field of vocational training, university studies or the Catalog of Training Specialties of the National Employment System. These contracts will have a minimum duration of 3 months and a maximum of 2 years.

Training to obtain professional practice appropriate to the level of studies or training object of the contract. The company will prepare the individual training plan in which the content of the professional practice is specified, and will assign a tutor who has the appropriate training or experience to monitor the plan and correctly fulfill the purpose of the contract. These contracts will have a duration of not less than 6 months nor will they exceed one year.

Temporary contract

Due to unforeseeable circumstances with a duration of 6 months, extendable to one year by collective agreement.
Due to foreseeable production circumstances with a maximum of 90 days in the calendar year.
By substitution of a worker with the right to reserve a job. The substitution contract may also be entered into for the temporary coverage of a job during the selection or promotion process for its definitive coverage by means of a permanent contract.

In order for it to be understood that there is a justified cause of temporality, it will be necessary to specify precisely in the contract the enabling cause of the temporary contract, the specific circumstances that justify it and its connection with the expected duration.

Indefinite contract

Without establishing time limits in the provision of services. It may be held full-time, part-time or for the provision of discontinuous fixed services.

Fixed-discontinuous permanent contract: indefinite contract in which the work is provided intermittently in certain or indeterminate periods, or depending on the seasonal nature or link to seasonal productive activities.

Remember the contracts must be formalized in writing on the official models and with communication to the employment office and registration in Social Security of the worker.

Where are my working conditions collected?

You have to take into account what the Collective agreement applicable to your employment relationship, is identified in your contract and is published in the Official Bulletin of the Community of Madrid (BOCM) or in your case in the State official newsletter (BOE).

If the Collective Bargaining Agreement does not establish anything in some aspect, it is necessary to resort to what the Status of workers.

Am I entitled to compensation?

It depends on the type of contract you have, the time worked and the way in which you were fired.

To complain about your working conditions

You have to report the Labor inspection and Social Security that will be carried out during your employment relationship or at the end of it.

To claim a dismissal, amounts, disciplinary sanctions, recognition of rights, professional classification, contract resolutions by the will of the worker or worker
