We provide you with information for when you are offered your first employment contract:
The first time you go to work you need to have a membership number Social security so that the company can register you.
Read the contract carefully, check: the company data, the type of contract, the working day, the gross or net salary, what is your Collective Agreement, the professional category, the place of work, the duration of the contract and the trial period.
Signed the contract, get a copy, if the company does not provide it, you can request it at the Public Service of State Employment (SEPE). Check that you have been registered, the Social Security Treasury will send you an SMS to your mobile.
Remember that you have to collect from the first day of work, even during the trial period.
What contracts can they make me?
training contracts
Of formation in alternation, Its purpose will be to make paid labor activity compatible with the corresponding training processes in the field of vocational training, university studies or the Catalog of Training Specialties of the National Employment System. These contracts will have a minimum duration of 3 months and a maximum of 2 years.
Training to obtain professional practice appropriate to the level of studies or training object of the contract. Indefinite contract

Fixed-discontinuous permanent contract: indefinite contract in which the work is provided intermittently in certain or indeterminate periods, or depending on the seasonal nature or link to seasonal productive activities.
Remember the contracts must be formalized in writing on the official models and with communication to the employment office and registration in Social Security of the worker.
Where are my working conditions collected?
