Accreditation of registration in the Registry of Domestic Partnerships:

• Certificate types:

1. Certificate of being registered in the Registry of Domestic Partnerships (valid against the Spanish Administration). The cost of the fee for the certificate accrediting registration in the Registry of De facto Unions is €12,24. 2. Certificates with effects abroad (If it is requested in person, it will not be delivered at the time of the request, it will be sent to the interested party preferably by telematic notification). The cost of the fee for the certificate accrediting registration in the Registry of Commonwealth Unions that takes effect abroad is €21,42. • The certificate may be requested by:

1. Any of the members of the de facto union.
2. His successors in title (Person who succeeds or is subrogated in the rights of another by virtue of a title).
3. Judges and Courts of Justice.

HOW TO OBTAIN A CERTIFICATE OF THE REGISTRY OF DOMESTIC UNIONS IMMEDIATELY FROM YOUR HOME:

If you have a digital signature certificate, it is possible to obtain a registration certificate with effect throughout Spain.

Important:

• The DNI or NIE of your digital certificate must match the DNI/NIE with which you registered in the Registry. For example, if you registered with a passport and your digital certificate corresponds to a NIE, you must previously request the change from your passport to your new identity document. To do this, you must submit the "Data modification request".
• Remember that this service is not enabled for Certificates that take effect abroad.

1. How do I identify myself?

In order to obtain your registration certificate online in the Register of De facto Unions, you can identify yourself using the following options:

Electronic certificate/DNIe: 

To obtain an electronic certificate or renew an expired one, you must go to an officially recognized certifying entity. They are called qualified trustworthy electronic service providers.

In these certifying entities you can obtain your certificates and renew those whose validity period has expired:

• National Currency and Stamp Factory
• Cameraman
• Others

2. If you have identified yourself using an electronic certificate, you must also install the Autofirma program on your computer

3. Get your certificate

Important: Remember that the DNI or NIE of your digital certificate must match the DNI/NIE with which you registered in the Registry. If, for example, you registered with a passport and your digital certificate corresponds to a NIE, you must previously request the change from your passport to your new identity document (go to the Data Modification section to carry out the procedure).

4. The valid payment methods to obtain your certificate are: Credit / debit card or charged to a bank account.

To submit the application and documentation online, you must electronically identify you.

What do you need to submit?

1. Proof of fee payment (model 030). The settlement of the fee will be carried out by self-assessment (form 030), previously in the collaborating entities (Banco Popular, Banco Santander, Cajamar, BBVA, Banco Sabadell, Bankia and Caixabank).
2. Declaration of heirs in the event that the applicant is his successor in title.

Important:

• The DNI or NIE of your digital certificate must match the DNI/NIE with which you registered in the Registry. For example, if you registered with a passport and your digital certificate corresponds to a NIE, you must previously request the change from your passport to your new identity document. To do this, you must submit the "Data modification request".

The liquidation of the rate will be carried out prior to obtaining the certificate. Have your payment card ready.

1. identification through DNI, passport or residence card (current documents).

You can submit your application at any of the Registration Assistance Offices of the Community of Madrid, of the General State Administration, of other Autonomous Communities, of Local Entities, post offices and diplomatic representations or consular offices of Spain abroad. You must submit the documentation indicated above along with the application. 
2. In the Registry of De facto Unions provided appointment request.
