- Resolution of October 10, 2022, of the General Directorate of Public Function and the General Directorate of Human Resources, of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, by which instructions are issued regarding the assessment in the processes of selection, promotion and provision of positions of work, of the training actions for public employees given by the General Directorate of the Public Employment Service, within investment C23.I5, "Training for the staff of the National Employment System in the Community of Madrid (2021-2023 )”
Issuance of certificates of participation in selective processes

Certificate accrediting participation in a specific selective process or the qualifications obtained in it.
-
Certificate accrediting the status of a candidate on a specific waiting list or job bank.

Certificate accrediting the condition of member or advisor of a certain Qualifying Court.
The General Directorate of Public Function issues the certificates linked to the selective processes for admission to Corps, Scales or Labor Categories of the Community of Madrid, whose management corresponds to that Management Center.
To obtain these certificates, payment of the corresponding fee must be submitted along with the request for issue, through one of the payment methods indicated below:
- Payment by electronic banking (by debiting the account or paying by card), selecting this option during the completion of form 030.
- Payment in cash, using form 030, duly completed, to one of the collaborating entities that provide the collection service of the Community of Madrid.
La application certificate issuance together with the corresponding proof of income must be presented via telematics.
As a consequence of the entry into force of Decree 188/2021, of July 21 (BOCM of July 23), applications can only be submitted electronically, so it is essential for this to have an electronic certificate and the registration in the Electronic Notification System of the Community of Madrid (NOTE).

Refund of fees for examination rights
RESOLUTION of January 15, 2019, of the General Directorate of Public Function, by which a form of form corresponding to the "Request for refund of fees from the General Directorate of Public Function" is published.
