Mutual insurance companies

Mutual insurance companies are insurance entities that exercise a voluntary insurance modality complementary to the compulsory Social Security system, through fixed or variable premium contributions from mutual members, individuals or legal entities, or from other entities or protective persons.
In its name must necessarily include the indication "social security", this indication being reserved for these entities and, in addition, no social security mutual may adopt a name identical or similar to that of another pre-existing one. The indication will be understood as an expression of the legal nature of the entity and the corporate form, and may be replaced by the abbreviation "MPS", in which case it will necessarily appear at the end of the name.
