Overtime due to force majeure is considered to be those performed over the maximum duration of the ordinary working day and that are required by the need to prevent and repair claims or other extraordinary and urgent damages. 

 

  • They have character required unlike overtime 

  • They will not be taken into account for the maximum annual limit of overtime. (80 hours).

  • They will be compensated as overtime.

  • Its realization must be communicated by the company to the Labor Authority.
