This project arises from the need to take care of physical, mental and emotional health, and that people with cognitive and understanding difficulties can learn to identify emotions and how they relate to them; convey to them the importance of a balanced diet on a daily basis, encouraging physical activity over a sedentary lifestyle, and the benefits in falling asleep; and social support from friends and family, through an active social life, helping us improve our mood.
The School is designed to be developed in 2 phases: a first, where interested people will become familiar with ZII'S JOURNEY, a comic adapted to Easy Reading, where future students will meet the characters who will be part of this adventure; and a second, where they will receive practical, fun and immersive training, supported by said comic, with a creative, participatory methodology, and teaching material adapted to facilitate the understanding and assimilation of the contents offered, the aim being to be able to incorporate them into a style healthier life.
