Obligation to hire people with disabilities
Companies with more than 50 people on the workforce, required that 2% be people with disabilities.
Public or private companies with 50 or more people on the workforce are required to have at least 2% of them be people with disabilities. This obligation to hire people with disabilities facilitates their labor integration.
Possible difficulties in applying the 2% quota have caused the so-called "EXCEPTIONALITY" to be regulated, which allows companies bound by the indicated reserve to, meeting certain requirements and prior authorization from the Administration, choose to apply certain “Alternative Measures”, regulated by law.

Alternative Measures
Our alternative measures will have an indirect impact on the employability of people with disabilities.
The different alternative measures Possible, non-exclusive, are the following:
Execution of commercial or civil contracts with the Special Employment Centers or with people with disabilities who are registered as self-employed for:
1) Supply of goods necessary for the normal development of its activity
2) Provision of external services and accessories to its normal activity.
The annual amount of said commercial or civil contracts will be at least three times the annual Public Indicator of Income for Multiple Effects (IPREM) for each person with a disability who is no longer contracted to comply with the 2% reserve quota.
Making donations and sponsorship actions, always of a monetary nature, for the development of job placement and job creation activities for people with disabilities, to foundations or associations of public utility, whose corporate purpose is, among others, vocational training, job placement or job creation in favor of people with disabilities, which allows the creation of jobs for them and, finally, their integration into the labor market.
The annual amount of these donations or sponsorship activities will be at least 1,5 times the annual Multiple Effects Public Income Indicator (IPREM) for each person with a disability not hired to meet the 2 %.
Constitution of a labor enclave, after signing the corresponding contract with a Special Employment Center.
