The collective agreement is the agreement signed by the representatives of the workers and employers to set the working conditions and productivity. Likewise, it may regulate labor peace through the obligations that are agreed upon. The scope of action will be the one that the parties agree and are entitled to do so. 

It is mandatory to register, deposit and publish in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid all the Collective Labor Agreements and Agreements of the Company and the Sector and their corresponding Salary Revisions, whose territorial scope of application does not exceed that of the Community of Madrid.

 

The Community of Madrid makes available to SMEs a free external advisory service for carrying out the initial diagnosis and preparation of equality plans promoted by the GENERAL DIRECTORATE OF EQUALITY within the framework of the PROGRAM GENERATING CHANGES of the COMMUNITY OF MADRID co-financed at 50 % by the European Social Fund.

Important announcement:

Equality plans prepared and registered prior to January 14, 2021 and that have not been adapted to Royal Decree 901/2020, of October 13, which regulates equality plans and their registration, have lost their validity. in accordance with the Transitional Provision of the aforementioned RD 901/2020. Obligated companies must prepare and register a new equality plan that complies with current regulations.
