Catalog of Training Specialties for employment training
Inclusion of new specialties in the Catalog of Training Specialties.
The Community of Madrid, in its competence to manage the Catalog of Specialties, encourages entities such as Companies, other Administrations, Business or Union Organizations, Training Entities, National Reference Centers or any other entity that detects real training needs in the labor market , can propose the creation of training specialties whose objective is to provide workers with professional skills so that they can develop their active working life and, at the same time, provide the Madrid business fabric with trained and qualified professionals in the most demanded labor sectors.
Procedure
Order TMS/283/2019, of March 12, regulates the Catalog of Training Specialties within the framework of the professional training system for employment in the workplace. Each competent Administration, based on the Catalogue, will configure the training offer that best suits the needs and priorities of its area of management.
The proposing entities must submit the standardized application form providing:
- program model formative (Annex I)
- Report of need and labor impact analysis (Annex II), which will be configured according to the type of proposal to be made.
The possibility of providing as much documentation as necessary is also enabled, to demonstrate the opportunity and suitability of the corresponding management in the Catalog of Training Specialties.
Within the maximum period of three months, the proposal will be resolved indicating whether or not to incorporate the specialty into the Catalog of Training Specialties and, with the proviso, of the possible modifications and improvements proposed by other administrations within the framework of collaboration and coordination of the computer application of the Catalog of Training Specialties.
