Specialized Sports Modernization Centers and Programs

Sports Technification Centers

THE TECHNIFICATION CENTERS, also called Specialized Sports Technification Centers, classified by the Superior Sports Council in the Community of Madrid are:

Tennis

Table tennis

Archery

Badminton

Canoe

Olympic shot

Two of them are located in facilities belonging to the Community of Madrid (Swimming at the 86 World Swimming Center and Archery at the Puerta de Hierro Sports Park). They receive aid and subsidies, both from the Community of Madrid and the Higher Sports Council, for the modernization of athletes and were created as of 1998.

Sports Technification Programs

The SPORTS TECHNIFICATION PROGRAMS they are created by the Madrilenian Sports Federations themselves as a result of the number of licenses, infrastructure and sporting successes. Your financial support is based on the consolidation of your sports progress. The facilities belonging to the Community of Madrid have Sports Technification Programs:

The Higher Sports Council makes available to all elite athletes its High Performance Center (CAR), located on Martín Fierro street.

For the Community of Madrid, it is a priority to provide all its facilities with the best infrastructure and make them available to the Madrid Federations so that their athletes can use them in their training processes and obtain the highest level in high competition. In addition, certain own activities are aimed at attracting future elite athletes.
