The General Directorate of Commerce, Consumption and Services of the Community of Madrid makes the OOffice of Attention to the Consumer (OAC).

The office is specialized in consumer issues. It facilitates the possibility of formulating claims, complaints, requesting consumer arbitration and consulting other issues related to the protection of their rights as consumers.

If you need to make a consumption inquiry you can do it through consultations.consumo@madrid.orgbut if you want make a complaint o consumer arbitration you must do it through other channels, they are not accepted through the mail consultations.consumo@madrid.org.

Citizens in need can visit the Consumer Service Office where, among other services:

It facilitates information or advice in terms of consumption.
Claims can be made or requests for consumer arbitration made.
Inquire about other issues relating to the protection of your rights as consumers.

In addition to face-to-face assistance, the service of the Consumer Service Office is completed with two phone numbers y an email, in which consumers and users who wish to do so may also make inquiries.
