Training for technicians

The General Directorate of Commerce and Consumption of the Community of Madrid regularly carries out training activities aimed at workers who provide services in the field of consumption both in the regional administration and in the municipal or state administration. This training aims to update and harmonize the knowledge and criteria of these professionals, so that in this way they can guarantee citizens knowledge, and therefore, an effective defense of their rights as consumers.

The training program for technicians planned for 2017 includes activities that provide technicians with legislative developments and respond to the most problematic issues (by the number of queries or complaints raised by users), by sharing, with the help of experts, the practical application of the regulatory regulations.
