Equality campaign "Get what you want"
The Community of Madrid, through the General Directorate for Equality, has launched a new institutional campaign under the slogan "Get what you want", with the aim of promoting female entrepreneurship and raising awareness in Madrid society, the general public but also to the public powers that it is necessary to continue advancing in gender equity to achieve a fairer and more equal society
Campaign Objective
The Community of Madrid has been working for decades in favor of equality between women and men. It is true that much has been done in recent years, but it is also true that there are still glass ceilings to break, and that, in some sectors, under equal conditions, a woman faces more difficulties in her professional career due to the mere fact of being a woman.
For all these reasons, the Directorate General for Equality is in charge of carrying out actions aimed at raising awareness among citizens, which materialize through activities, actions and promotion and dissemination campaigns on equal opportunities between women and men. men and about the need to work towards its achievement and the empowerment of women.
