Abstract:

The study consisted in the preparation of 140 professional profile files, carrying out an intense analysis of statistics, documentation and bibliography and field work with experts in order to deepen their knowledge, skills, training and experience required for the satisfactory performance of an occupation and their professional development (trends, factors of change).

The research carried out is constituted as a source of information and a useful tool for: citizens who want to enter the labor market, maintain themselves or establish themselves as entrepreneurs; for companies looking for candidates; for entities in the educational field and, especially, for professionals and managers who work in job guidance and intermediation. All without prejudice to other definitions of the workplace.
