Abstract:

The general objective of this study has been to analyze and describe in terms of skills a group of occupations present in the labor market of the Community of Madrid, determining the professional profile of each of them. For this, and in order to improve professional guidance for job seekers, the management of intermediation and help training systems for employment keep up with the needs of the labor market and facilitate access to training required, a group of occupational profiles have been described addressing, from a qualitative point of view, the following dimensions:

- Identification of the occupation

- Mission and functions

- Skills and knowledge: technical-professional according to ESCO (European Classification of Skills, Skills, Qualifications and Occupations), transversal and key skills of the occupation.

- Training and professional experience

- Working conditions and context
