Díaz Ayuso meets with the minister president of the Brussels Region and addresses his digitalization and tourism projects
The president of the Community of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, received today, at the Real Casa de Correos, headquarters of the autonomous Government, the minister president of the Brussels Region, Rudi Vervoort, and the Secretary of State, Ans Persoons, in the framework of the institutional relations that the Madrid Executive maintains with foreign political representatives and diplomats. The objective of the meeting, which was also attended by the Minister of the Presidency, Justice and Local Administration, Miguel Ángel García Martín, was to learn about the progress that is being made in terms of digitalization, tourism and foreign investments in both regions.
More than 3.000 Belgian citizens have established their residence in the Community of Madrid and important companies in this country in the pharmaceutical sector such as UCB or the fintech sector such as Money Oak, also have their headquarters in Madrid.
