Díaz Ayuso announces the automatic renewal of the employment demand of the citizens affected by the DANA to avoid traveling to the offices

“We are giving priority, as usual, to the people affected by the DANA, especially the residents of Navalcarnero, Villamantilla, Villa del Prado, Aldea del Fresno, Villamanta and El Álamo and, for example, we are working so that these days the renewal of the demand for employment can be automatically sealed, since these residents are having obvious mobility problems”, explained the president after inaugurating a new Employment Office in Rivas Vaciamadrid.

During this week, more than two hundred people from Madrid from these towns had scheduled their appointment at their point of reference, the facilities that the General Directorate of Employment of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment has in the town of Móstoles.

In this way, emails are being sent to registered people in the municipalities of Navalcarnero (110), El Álamo (16), Villamanta (7), Villamantilla (9), Villanueva de Perales (3), Villa del Prado (25 ) and Aldea del Fresno (10), explaining the exceptional measure decided by the regional government "in order to avoid displacements due to the recent inclement weather", as stated in the communication.

In the event that next week the accesses between these locations have not been restored normally, the automatic renewal process will continue.

Regardless of this exceptional initiative, the regional Executive also has the Virtual Employment Office, a resource that tries to facilitate the day to day of the applicants, and that allows them to request registration in the services of the General Directorate and access all its services in order to improve the opportunity to access a job.
