The Community of Madrid collaborates with the College of Social Graduates of Madrid
The General Directorate of Labor, as part of the cooperation work that it maintains with all the legal operators in the labor field, met on July 19 with the representatives of the Official College of Social Graduates of Madrid.
In this meeting, focused on the operation of the SMAC (Mediation, Arbitration and Conciliation Service), the representatives of the Directorate General of Labor informed, among other aspects, of the improvements that continue to be implemented in the service, to make it as accessible and comfortable as possible for citizens.
For its part, the College of Social Graduates raised a series of proposals derived from their daily experience in the use of the service that will be studied and evaluated by this Labor Administration.
These meetings, which are held periodically, are a consequence of the fluid relationship that the General Directorate of Labor maintains with all the social agents and legal operators in the labor field and their purpose is to learn about their experience when relating to the Public Administration to where appropriate, adopt the necessary measures to achieve greater efficiency in the exercise of its functions, guaranteeing the rights of citizens.
