The Community of Madrid announces the VI edition of its Recognitions and Mentions in Occupational Risk Prevention
The Community of Madrid has convened the VI edition of its Recognitions and Mentions in Occupational Risk Prevention, corresponding to the year 2023. After its publication in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid on May 23, the submission period now opens of applications, which will end on September 25.
The Regional Institute for Safety and Health at Work (IRSST) of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment grants these awards which, in this call, are dedicated to the coordination of business activities (CAE) and, therefore, to the media that must be established in search of an adequate balance between the safety and health of workers and flexibility in the application of regulations by companies to influence the reduction of occupational accidents.
For this, it has been decided to recognize the good practices carried out in this area, as well as those that simplify and make it more efficient. The specific actions in the phases of contracting, planning and organization, execution and control and completion and evaluation will be valued, as well as the transformation processes to achieve a more effective CAE.
Individuals or legal entities, public or private, are eligible for these awards, provided they have at least one employee, with economic activity in the region and in work centers located within their territory.
