The objective of this Guide is to guide companies on the environmental obligations necessary for the implementation of an activity in the Community of Madrid.

The guide aims to identify the environmental aspects that may affect any specific activity in the geographical area of the Community of Madrid. Depending on the specific characteristics of execution and operation of each activity and its specific location, one or other environmental aspects will affect them and as a result, the provisions of the regulations that regulate each of the matters will be applicable.
